	Olive Garden Olive Garden serves the finest Italian cuisine in Mahabaleshwar in a casual outdoor setting. We specialise in authentic pizzas fresh from a wood-fired oven, pastas and homemade Italian dishes. The restaurant also features an open kitchen where guests can watch our master chefs prepare their meal.

	Pavilion Pavilion, a multi-cuisine restaurant, specialises in mouth- watering Indian and Chinese delicacies. Choose from appetizing soups and a variety of salads straight from our organic farm. Don’t miss the Mughlai specialties like kadhai jinga, elaichi gosht and kheema Hyderabadi. 	Angaare Dine under the stars at Angaare, our outdoor barbeque restaurant, while enjoying the warmth of the bonfire at night and the breathtaking view of the valley during the day. The menu offers an extensive selection of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian kebabs. Don’t miss the tandoori pomfret, galouti kebabs and paneer shashlik.

	Prasadam Prasadam offers a traditional dining experience. The restaurant serves authentic vegetarian cuisine from the vegetarian kitchen. Seasonal vegetables are sourced from our organic farm ensuring that the meals are healthy and fresh. The Maharaj (the traditional Indian chef) also accommodates any special dietary requests. 	Over the Edge Bar Over the Edge is aptly named for its dramatic views. The bar, perched on the very edge of the resort, overlooks the dense forests, the Sahyadri Mountains and the backwaters of the Dhom Dam. The bar provides a cozy setting enhanced by the lounge music and stylish decor. One can also move outside to the sun-soaked terrace where vintage spirits and beautiful views conspire to overwhelm the senses.
